In every blue room, there can be a little light.

Sometimes, it comes from the person who checks in, listens without judgment, stays for a little longer, or simply makes someone feel less alone.

this 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘆, let’s appreciate the people who bring warmth into the darkest moments and remind us that even in a crowd, someone can make the world feel a little brighter and lighter.

Mention or tag someone who brings light to every blue room !! 💛

Let’s be that light for one another ✨

𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙮. 𝙏𝙤𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙬 𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙪𝙣𝙬𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙣.🎗️💛

I am (Name), (Year level) student of (Course) in URS Tanay. I am here to remind everyone that a chapter is not your whole story.
‎
‎There are times when life feels like a story you don't want to continue. When the burden is overwhelming and the cycle of pain is never ending. But here's your little reminder that you don't need to have everything figured out today, you just have to stay. You don't need to solve all your problems right now, you just have to take a breath, hold on to this moment, and hope for a better day. ☀️
‎
‎This chapter of your life may be painful, but it is only a chapter. There are still pages yet to be filled with people, moments, experience, and opportunities for life to be better.

Stay, not because everything is okay, but because there's hope that everything will change. 💛

Su***de Prevention Month reminds us that battling mental health issues can look like smiles and laughter. So check on your friends, families, classmates, because simply being there—listening and staying matters a lot. 🫂

There is courage in admitting you're not okay, there is strength in reaching out for help, and there is no shame in wanting to hold on.

Hold out your hand and reach for tomorrow. Come and join us with our DP blast in recognition of Su***de Prevention Month.
