The College of Arts, Sciences, and Education (CASE) extends its sincere appreciation to Brown House Fitness Academy - Sto. Tomas for facilitating the Tabata Training Session for CASE Faculty held yesterday at the ISAAC Extension.

The activity provided faculty members with an energizing and engaging fitness experience, highlighting the importance of physical wellness and active living within the academic community.

As part of this initiative, a Tabata Training Session for CASE Faculty will be held on March 13, 2026, at 5:00 PM at the Isaac Extension, in partnership with Brown House Fitness Academy - Sto. Tomas. The activity highlights the importance of maintaining physical well-being and fostering a balanced and healthy academic community.

The College of Arts, Sciences, and Education (CASE) successfully concluded the Year Two of Professional Enhancement Program for Out-of-Field MAPEH Teachers under the DepEd Revised K-10 Curriculum (A.Y. 2025–2026), a sustained community extension program for the Schools Division Office of Tanauan City.

This initiative brought together educators, school leaders, faculty members, and student volunteers in support of continuous professional development for MAPEH teachers, reinforcing our shared commitment to quality, inclusive, and responsive education.

With the theme “Start Up: Getting Ready for Life Choices,” the event featured inspiring alumni and professionals—Ms. Karen Ayap Quinio, Ms. Alliah Shean Consulta, Atty. Kristin April Carandang-Gerella, and Ms. Erika Miguel—who shared their testimonials, career journeys, and real-world experiences to help students confidently navigate their future paths. 🎓✨

This victory is a shared triumph—built on the dedication of our faculty coaches, the leadership of our student leaders, the passion and hard work of our players, performers, and athletes, and the support of the whole Vanguards community.
