The Job Placement Office of Tanauan City College successfully conducted the On-Site OJT Visitation from Day 1 to Day 3, and this time, the 4th and final day was held within the institution itself for the Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship (BS Entrepreneurship) interns deployed within various offices of the college.
During the visitation, the student interns demonstrated commendable creativity, professionalism, adaptability, and entrepreneurial competence as they actively assisted in the daily operations of different offices. Their tasks included customer relations support, administrative and clerical work, records management, document preparation, data encoding, filing, scheduling, and office coordination. Some interns were also exposed to basic financial recording, communication assistance, inventory monitoring, and other organizational tasks, allowing them to apply their academic learning in real workplace settings.
The visitation also served as an opportunity to recognize and appreciate the valuable contribution of student interns who have been a great help across various offices, significantly easing workloads and improving efficiency within Tanauan City College. Their dedication reflects strong work ethics, responsibility, and a genuine commitment to service.
As part of the activity, Certificates of Appreciation were awarded in recognition of the continued support and guidance extended by supervisors and offices involved in the OJT program.

The Job Placement Office of Tanauan City College successfully conducted Day 1 of its Off-Campus OJT Visitation for the Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship (BS Entrepreneurship) interns deployed in various business establishments and partner industries.
During the visitation, our BS Entrepreneurship interns showcased creativity, professionalism, adaptability, and entrepreneurial competence as they performed tasks aligned with business operations and enterprise management. The student interns actively assisted in customer relations, sales and marketing activities, inventory monitoring, business documentation, product promotion, financial recording, social media marketing, and daily operational support. They were also given opportunities to practice and enhance their administrative and clerical skills through records management, preparation of documents, data encoding, filing, scheduling, and office coordination tasks. Some interns were additionally exposed to business planning, market analysis, and customer service management, allowing them to gain valuable real-world entrepreneurial experiences.
As part of the visitation, the monitoring team was also able to interview the internsโ immediate supervisors regarding the studentsโ performance, work attitude, professionalism, and overall progress in their assigned workplaces. In recognition of the continued support and guidance extended to our student trainees, Certificates of Appreciation were awarded to the partner establishments and supervisors who actively contribute to the success of the OJT Program.

Our incoming 4th year Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Teacher Education (BTVTED) and Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting (BSMA) students successfully participated in the OJT Orientation for their OJT, facilitated by ๐๐จ. ๐๐ค๐๐๐๐ก๐ฎ๐ฃ ๐. ๐๐ช๐ง๐ช๐๐ก๐, ๐๐ฝ๐ผ, TCC OJT Coordinator.
During the session, she discussed the mission of the OJT Office, the requirements and deadlines to be completed prior to deployment, the OJT Manual, and the code of conduct that every intern must uphold. The orientation also highlighted important DepEd and CHED policies relevant to BTVTED students, including Positive Discipline, Online Safety, Child Protection, Anti-Bullying, and Safe School Environment policies to help prepare students for professional and ethical practice in the workplace and educational settings.
