On March 12, 2026, Paninsingin Elementary School successfully participated in the 1st Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED), joining thousands of institutions across the country in a unified effort toward disaster preparedness. As the sirens wailed, students, teachers, and staff promptly executed the "Duck, Cover, and Hold" protocol, demonstrating a calm and disciplined approach to emergency response. Following the initial tremors, the school community practiced a systematic evacuation to designated open spaces, where teachers conducted headcounts to ensure every learner was safe and accounted for. By prioritizing these regular drills, Paninsingin Elementary continues to foster a culture of resilience, ensuring that its community remains vigilant and well-equipped to handle real-life seismic events.

LIPA CITY, BATANGAS – In a vibrant display of talent and cultural pride, Paninsingin Elementary School participated in the district-wide celebration of National Arts Month held at Padre Valerio Malabanan Memorial School on February 16, 2026. Guided by this year’s official theme, "Ani ng Sining: Katotohanan at Giting", the event served as a platform for young Lipeño artists to showcase their creativity and deep-seated passion for Filipino heritage.

Paninsingin ES competed in various categories, ranging from visual arts to performing arts. The school’s delegates poured their hearts into every performance and piece, aiming to interpret the theme’s call for integrity and courage through artistic expression. While the school did not take home the top trophies this year, the spirit of the delegation remained unshaken. The teachers and student-participants expressed profound gratitude for the opportunity to learn and interact with fellow artists from the district.

The participation of Paninsingin Elementary School underscores the importance of art in the basic education curriculum, proving that win or lose, the journey of self-expression is a victory in itself.

May temang “Ako, Ikaw, Tayo: Konektado at Protektado Laban sa OSAEC at CSAEM,” binibigyang-tuon ng pagdiriwang ngayong taon ang kahalagahan ng sama-samang pagtutulungan ng buong bansa upang lumikha ng mas ligtas na digital space para sa kabataang Pilipino.

Magkaisa tayo upang itaguyod ang online safety sa pamamagitan ng paghihikayat ng responsableng paggamit ng internet at pagtugon sa mga hamon at oportunidad ng digital world para sa mga batang Pilipino.

Local Government of Lipa Enhances Safety at Paninsingin Elementary School

LIPA CITY – In a move to prioritize both student safety and campus aesthetics, the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Lipa has completed the installation of new protective railings at Paninsingin Elementary School. This project aims to provide a more secure environment for young learners while giving the school grounds a fresh, polished look.

School officials and parents expressed their gratitude to the Lipa LGU, noting that the improvements provide peace of mind and a more welcoming atmosphere for the entire Paninsingin community.

TAMBO, LIPA CITY — A new chapter of leadership has begun at Paninsingin Elementary School as the community officially announces the newly elected officers of the Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) for the Academic Year 2026–2027.

The election, held recently at Paninsingin ES, serves as a testament to the school’s vibrant democratic spirit. Under the guidance of School Head Mrs. Aurora S. Lina and SELG Adviser Ms. April L. Eroza, the process ensured that the voices of the learners were heard, culminating in a fresh roster of young public servants ready to take the helm.
