A proud graduate of the Master in Development Management program at the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), she exemplifies excellence in leadership and public service. She is also a Civil Service awardee as an Action Bilis Partner, recognized for her efficiency, dedication, and commitment to responsive governance.

Her leadership was instrumental in bringing pride to TESDA Cebu, contributing to its distinction as a two-time recipient of the prestigious Galing Probinsya Award.

Beyond her professional achievements, she passionately championed employee welfare, especially advocating for women across TESDA Region VII during her tenure as President of the TESDA VII Association of Concerned Employees (TESDA 7-ACE).
