Our last 𝙎𝙀𝙇 𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 was filled with laughter, movement, and moments that brought everyone a little closer together. Behind the playful energy were meaningful opportunities for learners to practice 𝙨𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 by understanding and appreciating one another, and to strengthen 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥𝙨 through teamwork, kindness, and shared experiences. 🫶

Proof that sometimes the noisiest moments are also the ones where empathy grows, friendships deepen, and a stronger learning community begins to take shape. 🤝

Our learners explored self-management by creating colorful superhero masks symbolizing their strengths. 💙❤️

And to power up their self-control, they learned breathing techniques with pinwheels for when feelings get overwhelming. Because every hero knows how to pause, breathe, and stay strong. 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️🫶✨

𝙊𝙪𝙧 𝙂𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙮𝙨’ 𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 ✨

Our first 𝙂𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙮 𝙨𝙖 𝘽𝙖𝙩𝙖 workshop last Friday, 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 was a success! With 𝟮𝟰 𝗚𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘆 participants, we captured moments of joy, shared best practices, and truly listened to one another.

𝙎𝙚𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙩 𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙢𝙜𝙖 𝙠𝙖-𝙂𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙮!

A rainbow showed up just as we were getting ready for our first Gabay session yesterday 🌈 It honestly felt like a sign. Divine blessing and guidance from the start ✨

Huge thank you to the 𝗖𝗕𝗘𝗦 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆, our 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀, and especially Ma’am Jogena Palma for always rolling up her sleeves and giving her full support and effort. We truly felt the love 🤍

We’re also incredibly thankful to our 𝗚𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘆𝘀 for showing up! 𝟮𝟰 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝟯𝟬 invited 𝗚𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘆𝘀 showed up for our first session, and we’re so excited to share the moments we captured with them.
