CHMSU Advanced Education Programs (AEP) Intention to Enroll – 2nd Semester AY 2025–2026

Carlos Hilado Memorial State University (CHMSU), through the Advanced Education Programs (AEP), is conducting this short survey to determine the intention of current graduate students to enroll or continue their studies in the 2nd Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026. Your responses will be used for planning course offerings, schedules, and support services for graduate programs.

The survey will take about 3–5 minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary, and your answers will be kept confidential and reported only in summary form.
