The Business and Management Department of Talisay City College, led by College President 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥 𝐍. 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐨𝐬, BM Department Head 𝐌𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐕𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐝, together with faculty members 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐚 and 𝐌𝐬. 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐲 𝐀𝐥𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐚, successfully carried out another meaningful and insightful Academic Exchange at 𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 on April 24, 2026, with a continued focus on strengthening the BS Entrepreneurship program.

We extend our sincere appreciation to 𝐃𝐫. 𝐃𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐀. 𝐂𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧, College Administrator, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐢𝐭𝐳𝐢 𝐒. 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐡h, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and 𝐌𝐫. 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐝 𝐂. 𝐑𝐨𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐳, 𝐌𝐏𝐀, 𝐌𝐁𝐀-𝐇𝐓𝐌, Dean of the College of Business and Computer Studies, for their warm welcome and invaluable support in helping us accomplish the objectives of this activity.

The exchange was filled with enriching experiences—from the sharing of insights and best practices, business plan implementation orientation, to the campus tour and the City Hall Legislative Tour. These activities provided us with a deeper understanding of the implementation, innovations, and goals of the BS Entrepreneurship program at Tagbilaran City College.

A special highlight of the visit was the opportunity to witness the Ringhop Ceremony of the BS Entrepreneurship graduands at Bohol Tropics, celebrating the students’ transition toward their entrepreneurial journey.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐖𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐣𝐨, College Registrar of Talisay City College, for coordinating with Tagbilaran City College and making this benchmarking initiative possible. Your dedication and efforts truly made this experience seamless and successful.

The Business and Management Department of Talisay City College successfully conducted a meaningful and insightful benchmarking activity at 𝐁𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐥 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐔) on April 23, 2026, led by the Department Head, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐕𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐝 and his faculty members 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐚 and 𝐌𝐬.𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐲 𝐀𝐥𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐚.

This enriching experience, centered on the BS Entrepreneurship program, allowed our team to gain valuable insights into best practices, business implementation, and innovative approaches in entrepreneurship education.

From the moment we were warmly picked up at the port, to the engaging discussions, a delightful and learning-filled lunch, and an insightful campus experience—including a visit to the park where BISU entrepreneurship students actively operate their ventures—every part of the activity was truly enriching.

The presentations at the Office of the Vice President, highlighting the program’s objectives, outputs, activities, and achievements, gave us valuable insights into the excellent implementation of BISU’s BS Entrepreneurship program.

We are truly grateful for the opportunity to witness firsthand the outstanding implementation, vision, and goals of the BS Entrepreneurship program at BISU. This experience will greatly contribute to strengthening and enhancing our own program at TCC.

The TCC Business and Management Department proudly shares the successful completion of its 2-Day Training and Certification Program held on April 17–18, 2026 at Computer Laboratory 3, Talisay City College.

This meaningful initiative brought together dedicated faculty and staff from the Business and Management, and Industrial Technology departments, strengthening their competencies and commitment to continuous professional development.
