​Today, we celebrate the practical application of physical literacy as students showcase the diverse sports and movement skills acquired from the 𝗣𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗙𝗶𝘁 4 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗺.

​The morning session features a dynamic array of activities, including highly competitive 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 and 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗸 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗿𝗮𝘄 tournaments, a creative and rhythmic field demonstration of 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, and foundational lead-up games for 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗮𝗹, 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹, and 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗸 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗿𝗮𝘄.

​This event serves as a vital culmination of our commitment to holistic education. By bridging the gap between movement and mindfulness, our students are actively demonstrating how UN 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹 3 (𝘎𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 and Well-being) and Goal 4 (𝘘𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘌𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯) work together to foster sustainable, lifelong wellness.

Earlier today, the excitement grew as our afternoon session brought even more fun, energy, and fitness for everyone. It was amazing to see so many people come together, stay active, and support one another. Thank you to everyone who joined in and brought their best—let’s keep this great energy going!

𝗣𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝘆 2026 | 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻

The celebration commenced with a vibrant grand parade, leading straight into the official opening program. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗵 𝗗𝗚. 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 (Dean, College of Teacher Education) and Mr. 𝗞𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗱𝘆 𝗥. 𝗡𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮 delivered inspiring keynote addresses, emphasizing the vital role of movement literacy and sustainable health.

Following the speeches, PATHFit Day 2026 was officially declared open, sending enthusiastic PATHFit 2 students into action. The diverse lead-up games were expertly facilitated by trained Class Leaders and M.A.S.S. students, ensuring a dynamic and organized experience for all.

To keep everyone fueled and energized, talented students from the BSEntrep and BSHM programs also opened booths offering a variety of refreshments and snacks.

Today, May 16, 2026, the Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) students are actively facilitating the 𝘉𝘖'𝘴 𝘛𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘺 𝘙𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘪𝘦 𝘙𝘪𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘨𝘶𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘚𝘸𝘪𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘦 held at the 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘢 𝘚𝘸𝘪𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘰𝘰𝘭.

As part of their immersive learning, the students have been deployed across various critical roles, serving as 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘴, the 𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘛𝘦𝘢𝘮, and 𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘏𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘴. This event provides them with invaluable, real-world experience in running a swimming competition, effectively bridging the gap between classroom theory and practical application.

The competition features diverse events, including the Novice Meet Age Group Category, the Open Competitive Swim Challenge, and the Master's Category Age Group.

Through initiatives like this, the BPEd program continues to hone the technical skills, leadership, and professional readiness of our future physical educators.

As the 2nd Semester of Academic Year 2025-2026 is about to end, you are required to accomplish an online evaluation of your instructors for instructional planning and development purposes.
This evaluation will further serve as an 𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 for your CLEARANCE in the 2nd Semester of A.Y. 2025-2026 as a continuing student.

Before you proceed, please take note of the following:
1) Evaluate all your teachers during this second semester. Click the link attached to their names from the list below.
2) Provide the correct and complete information which includes consistent valid and active e-mail addresses in accomplishing the online evaluation forms.
3) Once you submit the form/s, you will receive a copy of your responses through your e-mail.

Our PE Instructors are back in action for the 2026 Departmental INSET! Today’s sessions were dedicated to mastering the technicalities of PATHFit 4. We explored the intricacies of Sepak Takraw with 𝑴𝒓. 𝑱𝒂𝒚 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝑺𝒊𝒈𝒖𝒆, covering everything from core fundamentals to match play, followed by a focused workshop on Volleyball skills and instructional techniques led by 𝑴𝒓𝒔. 𝑹𝒂𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒛𝒂 𝑨𝒓𝒏𝒖𝒄𝒐.

Building on yesterday’s initial curriculum review, these sessions emphasized a deep dive into the course outline and the formulation of departmental recommendations. By aligning our teaching strategies and standardizing practical assessments, we ensure that our PE Instructors are fully equipped to deliver a cohesive and high-quality PATHFit program this semester.
