✨5 years old on or before October 31, 2026

✨Learners who will turn 5 years old between November 1-December 31, 2026, the learner shall have:
- Completed Early Childhood Care and Development Program (ECCD) for one school year.
- Undergo ECCD Checklist (assessment) during the enrolment period.

✨Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate (Present the original certificate upon registration)
