So here we are ushering in another year, a year that has within it the lessons, memories, and experiences that have helped us make our personal journey what we’ve made it today. The past year was far from ideal, but it has been a lesson in resilience, patience, and the power of moving forward no matter how difficult things become. A new year is a reminder that we can start over—that we can dream bigger and choose to be led by growth rather than fear. May we receive clearer goals, stronger bonds, and more moments this coming year. 💫

Here are the New Year’s resolutions of each and every member of the BERT! Every member carries a different goal, but all are reaching for the same purpose: 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗯𝗮 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗮⁉️📚 Let us know the basic moves para maging 𝘽𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙃𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖... in times of earthquake. 📢💭

During an 𝙀𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙠𝙚, protecting ourselves becomes the first priority. In this guide, we’ll look at the recommended actions during an earthquake and understand why each step matters.

To begin with, the 𝘿𝙍𝙍𝙈 recommends 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘀 because in case something falls aiming at you during drop, cover, and hold—your head, which is one of the most vital areas, would be safe.

Meanwhile, if you happen to be outside, it is better to 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮 where buildings or high structures with possibilities of collapsing are away.

Talking about posture, it is suggested to 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 while sitting or kneeling to avoid things from falling and damaging our back.

𝙏𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙚 that if you are in a situation where you’re standing on the 4th floor of a building that also has a 5th floor and a rooftop, it is better to reach the higher floors to avoid being in a collapsing area.

By following these safety guidelines, we reduce the risk of injury and increase our chances of staying safe.

We extend our gratitude to everyone who actively participated in our 4th Quarter Nationwide Earthquake Drill today. Remember, every practice is a step toward safety and preparedness in times of disaster.

Through the earthquake drill, we learned to remain calm, disciplined, and alert during emergencies. This is not just a simple exercise but a vital preparation to protect ourselves, our classmates, teachers, and the entire school community.

Let us continue to work together and keep practicing, because safety is everyone’s responsibility. May we always apply what we have learned today and stay ready for any challenge that may come our way.

Ang BERT Organization ay bumabati sa iyo at nagpapasalamat dahil unang-una alam namin na sa pagbuo ng organisasyong ito ikaw ang aming makakasama. Ikaw ang gagabay sa amin tungo sa bagong kaalaman at gagabay sa pakikisama namin sa iba kahit pa hindi kami gaanong magkakakilala. Kayo po ang aming naging inspirasyon upang magkaroon ng lakas ng loob at maging sigurado sa aming sarili na bilang student leader kami ay magiging responsable at mapapatunayang karapat-dapat kami sa aming posisyon. Maraming salamat, Sir Neil. Alam din po namin ang iyong sakripisyo sa ilang taong pagtuturo ninyo sa mga estudyante ng TNHS. At sa ilang taon na iyon, ang iba sa amin ay naranasan ang iyong pagkamasiyahin, bigla na lang nagagalit pag hindi nakakapaglinis ng room at ang mga tawanang kahit hindi namin masagot yung quiz niyo matutuwa kami dahil pare-pareho kami halos ng score.

Sir Neil, inaasahan po namin ang patuloy niyong pagsuporta sa ating organisasyon. Patuloy po tayong bumuo ng samahan na maganda, maayos, at masaya. ❤
