𝑭𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝑵𝑪𝑺𝑻𝑰 - 𝑆𝑡𝑢𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝐺𝑜𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑛𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑂𝑟𝑔𝑎𝑛𝑖𝑧𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 (𝑆𝐺𝑂) 𝐴𝐿𝑈𝑀𝑁𝐴 ✨

Meet Alyssandra Anne Babera, a prominent SNCSTI-SGO Alumna, whose supervisory ability and dedication to her role as a SGO President leading students and the Student Government Organization with kindness, humility, and true leadership. Alyssandra Anne Babera was also an Eagle Scout that set up the standard of every disciplined student as she had a firm hand on the scouts and SGO. For Babera, running for SGO is about advocate the discipline of students, impression into tangible efforts, and the validation of every students' minds and potential. Her perspective of leadership is to make a difference to the students, make sure every voice is heard, and to set the standard of a responsible leader. It is not about the recognition, but the true example of change. She built a community with goals, collaboration, discipline, inclusivity, and a change towards every student as her goal was that the students To strive in your studies is to build the future you dream of, one lesson at a time. Throughout her tenure, she came to an insight that being a true leader is to inspire, serve before expecting recognition, examples through actions, stand by their values, and make each person grow as an individual. A true leader creates an environment where others feel motivated, respected, and capable of becoming leaders themselves. Predicaments didn't make her slow down but taught her to take responsibility, and guide their team through the challenge. Difficult moments reveal their strength, resilience, and commitment to others. By becoming an SGO it formed her into a sympathetic and an honourable leader, refining her capacity to shoulder complex responsibilities with poise, confront adversity with unwavering resilience, and transform constructive criticism into a catalyst for sustained growth and self-elevation.

Our Valentine’s Day celebration last February 12 was a joyful early celebration led by our SGO officers. It was filled with love, laughter, and unity. We are proud to have led this meaningful event. Seeing everyone happy made it even more special. It was truly a day to remember.

We sincerely thank our teachers for their guidance and support. Your encouragement helped us lead with confidence. We appreciate your time and patience. Thank you for believing in us. We are truly grateful. 💕
