Please be informed that our first and last practice at the venue will be on April 5, 2026 (Sunday), at 2:00 PM, to be held at Big 8 Hotel.

We strongly encourage all senior students to attend this final practice since this is the only time we are given access and allowed to practice at the actual venue.

Kindly wear your department shirt or intramurals shirt during the practice.

Also, please make sure to settle your marching clearance, as this is one of the requirements as graduating students.

Good day, SENIORS!

Please be informed that there will be no practice on March 22 and March 29, 2026.

Our last practice at school will be on March 25, 2026 (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM), right after the Tree Planting activity.

📌 Important Reminder:
Those who have parts in the program are required to have their parts checked at the office on March 22, 2026. Failure to do so may result in possible replacement.

We are pleased to announce our upcoming Tree Planting Activity as part of our commitment to environmental sustainability and community service.

👥 Who: BSBA, BSED, and BEED SENIORS
📌 Where: Magupising, Davao del Norte
⏰ Assembly Time: 6:00 AM
📍 Meeting Place: NDC Tagum Foundation, Inc.

🎒 What to Bring:
• Bolo
• Boots

⚠️ Important Reminders:
• Transportation will be arranged per department. Please coordinate with your respective department officers.
• Wearing of shorts is strictly not allowed.
• Please wear your Tree Planting T-shirt during the activity.
• The waiver (soft copy) will be provided this Saturday. Please have it printed individually and submit the hard copy on Sunday, March 22, 2026.

SCHEDULE FOR COMMUNITY SERVICE

Good day everyone!

Please be informed that a partial schedule for Community Service will be implemented around the campus. This activity aims to promote cleanliness, responsibility, and cooperation among students while helping maintain a safe and pleasant school environment.

⏰ Time Schedule: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

During the Community Service, students will be assigned to different areas of the campus to perform tasks such as:
• Cleaning the school surroundings and designated areas
• Sweeping and collecting trash around the campus
• Maintaining and cleaning garden areas
• Arranging and assisting in improving school facilities
• Other tasks that help keep the campus clean, organized, and presentable

📌 Things to bring during Community Service:
• Broom (walis tingting or walis tambo)
• Guna
• Dustpan
• Trash bags or sacks
• Cleaning cloth or rug
• Gloves (if available)
• Any other cleaning materials that may help in maintaining cleanliness

Your cooperation and active participation are highly encouraged as this activity helps develop discipline and responsibility among students.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding this matter, please feel free to approach Ma’am Gail Galang or Ma’am Judy Ann Tiogan so that your concerns can be properly addressed and resolved.

📢 ATTENTION TO ALL SENIORS!

Starting this Sunday, March 1, 2026, bringing hard copies of the songs will no longer be allowed during practice. This is to train everyone to perform confidently without any copy.

Since there are only a few Sundays left before the final practice, all students are expected to have already memorized the songs.

Please also be reminded that the use of mobile phones during practice is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught using a mobile phone will have it confiscated and will face the appropriate consequences.

Likewise, anyone found bringing or using a hard copy of the songs will also be subject to consequences.

Let us all cooperate, be responsible, and come fully prepared. Thank you.

📢 GRADUATION PRACTICE REMINDER 🎓

All Seniors are required to bring a hard copy of the graduation songs during practice.

The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited while the practice is ongoing.

Students who fail to bring a hard copy and those who are found using their mobile phones during practice will have their phones confiscated and will be subject to the appropriate consequences.

Please be guided accordingly and observe proper discipline at all times.

Please be informed that our Class Pictorial will be held on:

🗓 February 15, 2026 - After our graduation practice.

All students are required to wear the complete OJT uniform, including:
✔️ Nameplate
✔️ School ID

🧦 Stockings are optional and will depend on your respective department’s guidelines. Please follow your department’s instructions on whether to wear stockings or not.

⏰ 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
🚫 1:30 PM onwards = LATE
❗ 2 times late = 1 ABSENT

👕 PROPER ATTIRE IS A MUST
Intramurals shirt or Department Polo shirt ONLY for identification purposes.

🚨 NO EXCUSES:
Absences and tardiness will result in CORRESPONDING CONSEQUENCES.
