On the second day, Bravo Company began their day by cleaning the surrounding areas of the premises, followed by attending a series of lectures.

𝑰𝑵 𝑷𝑯𝑶𝑻𝑶𝑺 | BRAVO COMPANY

Bravo Company officially began their 𝐎𝐧-𝐓𝐡𝐞-𝐉𝐨𝐛 training at the 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲. They were warmly welcomed by 𝙋𝙈𝙎𝙜 𝙁𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙠 𝘼. 𝘽𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙜, who asked each of us to introduce ourselves individually and provided important reminders and rules to follow within the premises. In addition, 𝙋𝘾𝙋𝙏 𝙍𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙡𝙙𝙚 𝙂. 𝙂𝙪𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙜 also welcomed us and shared valuable advice about life.

𝑰𝑵 𝑷𝑯𝑶𝑻𝑶𝑺 | BRAVO COMPANY

On Friday morning, Bravo Company witnessed the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) performing their TCMP. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝟯 𝗥𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗼 also gave us the opportunity to experience using an airsoft gun.

In the afternoon, Bravo Company held its Culmination Program, hosted by Intern Shiena Mea Flores and Intern Monnette Jinayon. The program began with the opening remarks of Intern Kris Frances Tarhata Pantoja, followed by an inspiring message from our guest speaker, 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝟯 𝗥𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗼. During the program, Intern Claro was recognized as the Top Gun Intern. To formally conclude the event, Intern Maekyla Baluran delivered the closing remarks.

To the Davao Provincial Rehabilitation Center, we extend our sincere gratitude for allowing us to experience what goes on within your premises. Thank you for your guidance, support, and the valuable knowledge you have shared with us throughout this journey.

On the fourth day of on-the-job training at the 𝘿𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙤 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙝𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧, Bravo Company proceeded with their usual rotation of assigned posts, while some interns attended a lecture conducted by 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝟑 𝐑𝐮𝐞𝐥 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐨.

Additionally, Bravo Company assisted in a program held within the premises, where food was distributed to the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs).

On the third day, Bravo Company was divided into two groups. The first group was assigned to their respective posts, while the second group attended a lecture conducted by 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝟯 𝗥𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗼.

On the second day, Bravo Company was assigned to different posts to understand the duties and responsibilities of each one.

Additionally, Bravo Company experienced a surprise “greyhound” (often called Oplan Greyhound or Oplan Galugad) operation in the male dormitories.

First Duty of Bravo Company

Bravo Company marked its first day of on-the-job training at the 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫, where we were warmly welcomed by 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝟯 𝗥𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗼. On our first day, Sir Berido gave us a tour of the premises and showed us the locations of Post 1 to Post 3.

During the culmination program, Bravo Company proudly received their certificates for successfully completing the 𝟑𝟔 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐧-𝐭𝐡𝐞-𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 at the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗗𝗲𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲. On April 24, 2026, Bravo Company successfully held its culmination program.

The event began with the opening remarks of 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐘 𝐉𝐫. 𝐙 𝐌𝐄𝐋𝐎𝐃𝐈, followed by a song that symbolized how we, as interns, are the next generation in the line of duty. This was followed by an inspiring and motivational message from our guest speaker, 𝐅𝐎𝟏 𝐉𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐕. 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐳 𝐉𝐫. The program concluded with the closing remarks delivered by 𝐅𝐎𝟑 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝐇 𝐒𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐨𝐧.

To the Office of the Provincial Fire Marshal, it has been a great privilege for Bravo Company to conduct our on-the-job training in your office.
