What is the story behind the story? 🇮🇳

Why do these students call themselves protestors? And what have they achieved so far?

We worked directly with our REI members in India to bring you the real story.

Repensando a Economia UFMG in Brazil has been sparking debate in Latin America!

They organised a two-day event on ‘Latin American Economic Thought: Reflections on the Circulation of Ideas and Economic Thought’.

The event brought together six speakers and 60 participants to explore the roots of neoliberalism in Latin America and new economic thinking.

With shared understanding strengthened, we’re excited to see where this collaboration between academics and students could go in the future.

Tomorrow, we're hosting an online conversation with Dr. Devika Dutt.

Dr. Devika Dutt is a lecturer in development economics at King's College London and co-author of Decolonising Economics.

This is a chance to talk about the state of economics, what it means to decolonise the discipline and what a better future could look like with a fantastic thinker.
