The 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗙𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗠®) 𝗖𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝟭𝟬 officially concluded on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, after four consecutive Saturdays of intensive learning sessions held on April 11, 18, 25, and May 2, 2026.

Participants immersed themselves in structured HR learning sessions led by respected industry experts. From talent acquisition and organizational development to performance management and labor law compliance, the program provided practical insights and frameworks essential for building future‑ready HR leaders.

More than knowledge gained, the cohort encouraged collaboration and the exchange of perspectives, offering participants tools they may use in their professional journeys.

The 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗗𝗢𝗟𝗘) and the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗡𝗪𝗣𝗖) will initiate the next minimum wage review cycle in the National Capital Region beginning May 2026, following the completion of the 2025–2026 cycle.

In line with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s directive for timely wage reviews, the Boards will consider global developments, including the Middle East situation and its impact on commodity prices, while closely monitoring regional socioeconomic conditions.

This process underscores the government’s commitment to ensuring fair, balanced, and sustainable wage adjustments that strengthen the link between productivity and equitable pay.
