Friendship, Love and Truth In Action – Balik Eskuwela Caravan 2026 ❤️💙💛

Dalawang araw lang ang nakakaraan mula sa ating Balik Eskuwela sa Timoteo Paez... at nandito na ulit tayo.

On June 5, 2026, the brethren of Pasay City Odd Fellows Lodge No. 42, once again under the leadership and commitment of Noble Grand Miguel Cabarrubias IV, had the honor of being part of the BALIK ESKWELA CARAVAN 2026 of our beloved Barangay 156 - Zone 16 with the inspiring theme, “Bawat Bata Mahalaga, Serbisyo Sagana.”- and brothers, what a beautiful day it was. 💙

As I watched children and families receive school supplies, enjoy the feeding program, avail of free haircuts, receive vitamins, and experience the many services prepared for them, I was reminded once again that true service is not measured by how much we give, but by how much heart we put into serving others.

As Odd Fellows, our mission is not just to give but to extend the hands of Oddfellowship to our fellowman. Through this activity, we were given another opportunity to live our ancient command to “Relieve the Distress.” We witnessed genuine compassion, brotherhood, and community spirit in action. Every volunteer, every organizer, and every partner contributed to making this event a success. You showed real compassion, real brotherly love, and real heart to serve. Truly, “He Who Serves Others, Serves Himself Best.”

To the always passionate, always present, always maaasahan: Brgy. Capt. Elicar Lacson and the entire Sangguniang Barangay, Council, and Staff of Brgy. 156... MARAMING SALAMAT PO 🤝. You didn't just invite us in. You let us EXTEND THE LINKS OF ODD FELLOWSHIP to the heart of this community and to contribute, in our own way, to the welfare of the youth and families of your barangay.

Programs like this remind us that when government, community leaders, civic organizations, and volunteers work together, meaningful change becomes possible. More than the services rendered, what we shared today was hope, encouragement, and the assurance that our children are valued and supported by a caring community.

To all who made BALIK ESKWELA CARAVAN 2026 a success, thank you for your dedication and commitment to public service. May we continue building stronger communities through Friendship, Love, and Truth, one act of kindness at a time.

Friendship, Love and Truth In Action – Balik Eskuwela 2026 ❤️💙💛

June 1, 2026 was a day that truly reminded us why service remains at the heart of Odd Fellowship.

Together with my brothers from Pasay City Odd Fellows Lodge No. 42, we had the privilege of conducting our Volunteer Nourishment Program at Timoteo Paez Elementary School-136601-PYC as part of Brigada Eskuwela 2026. Seeing volunteers, teachers, school staff, students, and community partners come together with one purpose, to prepare the school for another year of learning, was both inspiring and humbling.

As Odd Fellows, our mission is not just to give but to extend the hands of Oddfellowship to our fellowman. On this meaningful day, we witnessed Friendship, Love, and Truth come alive through every meal served, every helping hand extended, and every smile shared. Truly lived by our ancient command to “Relieve the Distress.” Showing real compassion, real brotherly love, and real heart to serve. As we often say, “He Who Serves Others, Serves Himself Best.”

This impactful Nourishment Program was made possible through the leadership and unwavering commitment of our Noble Grand, Miguel Cabarrubias IV , together with the dedicated brethren of Pasay City Odd Fellows Lodge No. 42. We are equally grateful for the invaluable effort and steadfast collaboration of Triskelion Tramo Riverside Chapter, under the leadership of GT Christopher Rivadinera, whose members generously shared their time and energy in support of this endeavor.

Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to the passionate and committed Dr. Jeanne C. Rejuso, School Principal of Timoteo Paez Elementary School, together with the teachers and staff, for warmly welcoming us and for their tireless dedication to the students and the entire school community. The work you do every day lays the foundation for a brighter future for every child who walks through your gates.

To all our volunteers and partners, thank you for proving that service knows no boundaries when people unite for a common cause. To the students of Timoteo Paez Elementary School, welcome to a new school year filled with opportunities, learning, and growth. Always remember that your community stands behind you every step of the way.

From nourishing volunteers to strengthening partnerships and uplifting community spirit, this initiative demonstrated what can be achieved when organizations and individuals come together in genuine service.

A simple yet deeply meaningful occasion, the ceremony was a living testament to the enduring strength of Odd Fellowship: the quiet dignity of service, the solemnity of duty assumed, and the warmth of brotherhood shared.

As newly installed officers formally took their stations, the Lodge hall resonated with a timeless truth: true leadership is not built on grandeur, but on sincere dedication to the Order and to one another.

We are deeply honored to have witnessed and participated in this historical and momentous milestone.
And to the warmth that followed: the fellowship, the laughter, the refreshments shared after labor. That, dear Brethren, is the very heartbeat of Odd Fellowship.

It was never just about the food.
It was about a hand extended. A heart that showed up.
A Brotherhood that refused to look away.

On May 16, 2026, the brethren of Pasay City Odd Fellows Lodge No. 42 under the leadership of Noble Grand Miguel Cabarrubias IV answered the ancient command "Relieve the Distressed" with full force and full heart. Indigent residents, children, families, and neighbors of Barangay 156, Zone 16 received warm, nutritious meals. But far more than that, they received a message:

' You are seen. You are valued. You are not alone. '

Not just to give but to extend the hands of Oddfellowship to our fellowman. Real compassion. Real brotherly love. Real heart to serve.

'"He Who Serves Others, Serves Himself Best."'

This mission was made possible through the invaluable partnership of the Council and Staff of Barangay 156 - Zone 16, brilliantly led by the always passionate and deeply committed Brgy. Capt. Elicar Lacson. Our deepest gratitude for helping us make a tangible difference in the lives of our community. 🤝

To every Brother who packed, carried, served, and stayed...

Straight from the warmth of our Outreach Program, the Brothers gathered once more and what a meeting it was. The room was filled with purpose, passion, and unmistakable brotherly love.

Productive discussions - meaningful, focused, and forward-looking.
Decisive actions - because Lodge No. 42 does not just talk. We move.
Brotherly fellowship - the kind that reminds every Brother why he took his obligation and why he keeps coming back.

'Palpable · Purposeful · Powerful'

And then the day gave us even more. 🫶

After the meeting, we journeyed to Kapatirang Manila Lodge No. 8 Independent Order of Odd Fellows where we were welcomed with open arms, honored with the privilege of joining their conferral, and wrapped in the warmth of true Oddfellowship.

After the Lodge was closed, we celebrated with fellowship filled with brotherly fun, laughter, great food, and refreshment after labor.

Our deepest gratitude to Noble Grand Pam Baldovino and all of Kapatirang Manila Lodge No. 8; to our always understanding District Deputy Grand Sire RWy Bro. Ceferino Benedicto Jr.; and to the gracious hospitality of Bro. Arjay Sinuswerte C Pilyo, PG, Sis. Antonieta Requez PG, Sis. Noemi Villafuerte and every Brother and Sister who made our day extraordinary. 🙏

This is not the last time - it is the start of more fellowship to come.
