1. Easy Trails - Choose a beginner friendly route, Short distance (3–7 km), Clear paths, low elevation, Available water source.

•Choose beginner-friendly trails that match your fitness level. This will help you build confidence and enjoy the experience without feeling overwhelmed.

2. Pack Light but Smart - Carry essentials like water, snacks, a map, and a basic first aid kit. Avoid overpacking to keep your backpack manageable.

•Water (1.5–2 L), Light jacket, Snacks + energy food, Flashlight / headlamp, Map, extra clothes, compact towel, powerbank.

Rule for intake:
* Sip water every 15–20 minutes
* Eat snacks every 1–2 hours

3. Wear Appropriate Footwear - Invest in a good pair of hiking boots or shoes that provide comfort and support. Proper footwear can prevent blisters and injuries.

4. Check the Weather - Always check the weather forecast before heading out. Dress in layers to adapt to changing conditions and be prepared for rain or sunshine.
