Radialis Indicis artery

Princeps Pollicis artery: which passes to the metacarpal of the thumb

radial artery : enters the hand by winding around the lateral aspect of the wrist (over the scaphoid) to the
dorsum of the 1st metacarpal. As it runs deep to the tendon of EPL, it gives the proper dorsal digital arteries to
both sides of the thumb & to the lateral side of the index. It then leaves the dorsum of the hand by passing
between the proximal ends of the 1st & 2nd metacarpal bones between the 2 heads of the first dorsal interosseous
muscle. Here, it gives 2 branches:

Deep Branch of the Radial Nerve
The deep branch arises from the radial nerve in front of the lateral epicondyle of the humerus in the cubital fossa . It pierces the supinator and winds around the lateral aspect of the neck of the radius in the substance of the muscle to reach the posterior compartment of the forearm. The nerve descends in the interval between the superficial and deep groups of muscles . It eventually reaches the posterior surface of the wrist joint.

 Superficial branch of the radial nerve
This represents the continuation of the radial nerve in the anterior compartment (while the deep branch pierces supinator to the posterior compartment). It runs between brachioradialis anteriorly, ECRL posteriorly & the radial artery medially. In the distal part of the forearm it leaves the radial artery and winds laterally to become lateral to the tendon of brachioradilais and reach the posterior surface of the wrist where it's distributed to the skin of the lateral 2/3 of the dorsum of the hand and the lateral 31/2 fingers.
The nerve gives no branches in the forearm.

Storyyyyyy

runs to the anterior compartment between the brachialis (medially) and the brachioradialis & extensor carpi radialis longus (laterally)

In the distal part of the arm it pierces the lateral intermuscular septum

. It descends in the radial (spiral) groove with the profunda brachii vessels.

. First it runs between the long & lateral heads then between the medial & lateral heads of triceps
