Those who passed the Entrance Exam but did not enroll during the scheduled enrollment days for all programs are given a FINAL CHANCE to confirm their slots.

Deadline for confirmation: July 2, 2025

Failure to confirm by the deadline means you are waiving your slot, and it will be given to those on the waitlist.

• Enrollment by proxy is NOT allowed
• Enrollees who are not on schedule or have incomplete requirements will not be entertained
• Wear proper attire
• Cut-off time for enrollment is 3:00 PM
