The celebration was successfully organized by the Supreme Elementary Learners Government (SELG) under the guidance of their adviser, Ma’am Vivian Cabodbod, with the support of our active SPTA officers.

Please be informed that there will be no face-to-face classes tomorrow, November 5, 2025 ( Wednesday). During this period, our school will implement the Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) of learning to ensure the continuity of education.

Please check your class group chats, or messages from your teachers for lessons and instructions.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Classes in all levels, public and private, in Tagbilaran City remain SUSPENDED tomorrow, November 5.

This is to:

✅ Allow full clean-up and restoration of schools used as evacuation centers
✅ Safety of Students from Outside Tagbilaran
We understand that many of our students come from other municipalities. We want to give time for students from outside Tagbilaran whose homes or roads were affected by flooding and damage. And their families time to recover and prepare before our students travel back to the city.

📍 TAGBILARAN CITY Post-Typhoon Update:
✔ All major roads are passable, but clearing ops continue
✔ No major casualties/patay/major injuries recorded, salamat sa Ginoo 🙏🏾
✔ All families who evacuated have already returned to their homes.

Lord, thank You for protecting our city. Comfort those affected and guide us as we rebuild with unity and hope. Amen.

CLASS SUSPENSION ADVISORY

We are proud of our talented Grade 3 learners — Trevor Isaac Villanueva, Zharil Marco Bartido, and John Rey Cabodbod — for receiving the Special Award: Best in Creativity and Aesthetics during the Tagbilaran Robotics Cup, held at the Tagbilaran City Hall Atrium last October 10, 2025!

Manga Elementary School is taking another step toward strengthening digital learning as our Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Officer in the Tagbilaran City Division, Jose "Kiking" Mariñas III, installs computer units under the DepEd Computerization Program (DCP).

The installation of these computers marks a significant milestone in the school’s commitment to providing 21st-century learning opportunities for pupils and improving the delivery of quality education. With the addition of the usage of these DCP units in the school, teachers and learners alike will have greater access to technology-enabled learning and teaching tools.

School Principal Proserpina A. Doroy expresses her heartfelt gratitude to the Department of Education for providing the computers and to the Divisions’s ICT Officer, Sir Kiking, for his dedication and technical expertise in setting up the equipment.

“We are deeply thankful to DepEd for entrusting us with these DCP computers. We also commend our ICT Officer for his hard work in ensuring a smooth installation. These efforts will surely benefit our pupils as we strengthen digital literacy and integrate technology into teaching and learning,” the principal shared.
