Today, Gov. Art Yap signed EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 52 Series of 2021
AN EXECUTIVE ORDER LIFTING THE REQUIREMENT OF NEGATIVE RT-PCR TEST RESULT ON FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS UPON ITS ENTRY TO BOHOL INSTEAD REQUIRING THEM TO PRESENT ONLY VALIDATED AND AUTHENTICATED VACCINATION CERTIFICATE
Requirements to Enter Bohol for Fully Vaccinated Individuals:
1. Vaccination Certificate generated from vaxcert.doh.gov.ph
2. Approved S-Pass
For Partially-Vaccinated and Non-Vaccinated:
1. 72 hours Negative RT-PCR test result
2. Approved S-Pass
For ROF/Foreign Nationals: Follow protocols based on IATF Resolution 143.
Who are considered fully vaccinated?
-More than or equal to 2 weeks after having received the second dose in a dose 2-dose series, or
-More than or equal to 2 weeks after having received a sing-dose vaccine
The vaccines administered to the individual are included in any of the following:
1. Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) List or compassionate Special Permit (CSP) issued by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration; or
2. Emergency Use listing of the World Health Organization
Sanction for those who will be caught using fake vaccination certificate, RT-PCR and S-Pass:
-Fine of P5,000.000
-Will be quarantined for 5 days at their own expense at aDOT-accredited quarantine facility
-Undergo RT-PCR testing on the 5th day
-All expenses will be paid by the violator
Effectivity date: October 25, 2021, Monday.

Tagbilaran City, finalist in the Most Business Friendly LGU award 2021
For the 3rd time, Tagbilaran City has been chosen again as one of the finalists in the Most Business Friendly LGU Award (City Level 3) by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI). Tagbilaran City won the prestigious award in 2018 and 2020 respectively. "This is a real team effort. Tagbilaran City is able to strike a balance between safeguarding health and revitalizing the local economy by a dynamic synergy among the local government, business sector, and the community. The support and cooperation of each sector made our COVID-19 management successful,” City Mayor John Geesnell "BABA" Yap said.
PCCI has regularly conducted the search for local government units who have provided an encouraging climate for businesses. This year’s LGU awards initiative aims to highlight LGU success stories and best practices that go beyond the ordinary to address the overwhelming negative impacts of the current pandemic to the business community.
