Please be informed that there will be 𝗻𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄, 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

All classes will be conducted through an 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽. Students are advised to coordinate with their respective instructors regarding the schedule, online platforms, and other class-related instructions.

The weather may have kept us out of campus today, but it couldn’t keep us from showing up, reconnecting, and officially starting another exciting chapter together.

Today’s Institutional Orientation, up to our departmental orientation, officially marks the beginning of another exciting journey filled with learning, growth, friendships, challenges, and unforgettable experiences.

face-to-face classes in all levels, both public and private schools in the City of Tagaytay, 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰, 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

This measure is being implemented to prioritize the safety and well-being of all students, teachers, and school personnel amid the continuing rains.

The parade will begin at the CHO area along Akle Street, where all departments will form their respective lines. Once the GO signal is given by the APO Station Marshals, the parade will proceed toward the school campus.
➡️ 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁: CHO / Akle Street�Participants will assemble and organize according to their department's designated formation. Upon the arrival of students, the line will begin moving forward once instructed by the APO Station Marshals.
➡️ 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭 — 𝗖𝗛𝗢 / 𝗔𝗸𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 → 𝗢𝗹𝗱 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲�The parade will proceed along Akle Street toward the school campus. The line will continuously move forward as students arrive and will proceed until it reaches the Old Gate. Once the line reaches the Old Gate, the movement will temporarily stop as instructed by the marshals.
➡️ 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮 — 𝗢𝗹𝗱 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲 → 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲�Upon receiving the next GO signal, the parade will resume and proceed toward the CCT Main Gate. All participants must continue following their designated formation and the movement of the line.
➡️ 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯 — 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲 → 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲�Upon reaching the Main Gate, the parade will proceed through the Main Entrance and enter the New Building grounds.
➡️ 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰 — 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 → 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴
The parade will continue from the New Building toward the Admin Building. Marshals will guide each department to ensure an orderly flow and prevent congestion.
➡️ 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 — 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 → 𝗖𝗖𝗧 𝗚𝘆𝗺
The parade will conclude at the CCT Gym, where participants will proceed to their designated areas for the succeeding activities and Flag Ceremony

They’ll be open 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 — the perfect chance to explore, interact, and discover your 𝗼𝗿𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆.
📌 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀
- Be in 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲.
- Follow the 𝗔𝗣𝗢 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝘀 for guidance and safety.
- Wait for the 𝗚𝗢 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗹 from APO before starting.
- Each department will provide 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 to their students.
- Emergency routes must remain clear at all times.
- Most importantly: bring your 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁, 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲!
📌 Sophomores to Seniors may proceed directly to the front of the Cafeteria and Bleachers to support the Freshmen.

In case of rain, the assembly and parade route will be adjusted to an indoor route.

Participants will proceed through the designated hallways in an orderly manner and follow the instructions of the APO Station Marshals throughout the route.
