Fr. Jessโ years of leadership have been marked by compassion, vision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Under his stewardship, NDTC continued to strengthen its culture of quality through PAASCU accreditation and reaccreditation, expanded its facilities with the construction and improvement of academic buildings and learning spaces, responded to the implementation of the Kโ12 program through the establishment of the Senior High School Department, and embraced technological advancement to improve institutional services and enrich teaching and learning. Through years of change and growth, he remained steadfast in guiding the institution toward greater possibilities while keeping its mission and the people it serves at the heart of its progress.
Beyond the milestones, buildings, programs, and accreditations, Fr. Jess leaves a legacy reflected in the lives he has touched and in the institution he helped shape. His compassionate leadership reminded us that genuine progress is not measured solely by what an institution accomplishes, but also by how it cares for its people and remains faithful to its mission.
