They have invested to and for the growth of the Senior High School Community, where their passion, sacrifice, and commitment outweighed the demands, pressures, and painstaking duties undertaken in the name of service.

“𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇 𝒔𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒅 𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒔,” said Dr. Melissa Marie G. Bautista during the NDTC Leadership Training Program.

On July 1, 2026, NDTC held its leadership training program on campus bringing together student leaders from various clubs and organizations gathered to listen and learn from a session led by Dr. Bautista. This program aimed to inspire, guide, and equip students on their path of leadership.

Throughout the session, participants completed activities that encouraged them to analyze their organizations, reflect on past experiences, and develop action plans for the future. Among the participating organizations, one club stood out after being personally selected by Dr. Bautista to present its action plan before the audience.

That recognition went to the Math Club, led by Jonathan F. Tabacug, whose presentation showcased a coherent explanation of the organization’s goals and initiatives for the coming school year.

When they were reflecting their leadership training experience, the Vice Mayor of the Math Club, Keith Matthew T. Agduma shared his reflection on leadership.

"𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘢 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘱 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘩𝘪𝘮𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧."

As the program concluded, student leaders left not only with the title of a leader—but also the bravery and certainty of one.
