🧠 Para sa utak — walnuts, sardines, blueberries
❤️ Para sa puso — beetroot, pomegranate, olive oil
👀 Para sa mata — carrots, pumpkin, egg yolk
🫁 Para sa baga — ginger, turmeric, green tea
🫀 Para sa atay — leafy greens, lemon, artichoke
