Planning Workshop Activity: Day 2
The Planning Workshop for the EVSU Main Campus was successfully conducted with active participation from campus planning heads and representatives. In the morning session, each campus presented and discussed their latest status, accomplishments, and ongoing concerns. Participants collectively assessed key updates and identified performance gaps that require improvement across their respective campuses.
In the afternoon session, Engr. Roque Costiniano, IPDO Director, served as the discussant for the workshop proper on aligning planning operations with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The activity guided participants through environmental scoping, identifying stakeholder requirements, assessing risks associated with unmet requirements, and crafting strategies to achieve institutional goals.
The Planning Office extends its appreciation and congratulations to all participants for their meaningful contributions, active engagement, and commitment to strengthening the University’s planning processes.
