Guadalupe Heights Integrated School would like to express our sincere gratitude to the San Juanico-Tacloban Rotary Club and Aqualine Construction for making Project AWAS (Access to All Waters for All Schools) possible in our school.

On September 4, 2026, we were blessed to welcome our generous partners who came to visit our school and share their support through the installation of a much-needed water system.

Having a reliable water source in our school means so much to us. It will greatly help our learners, teachers, and the whole school community in our everyday activities. This is truly a blessing that we will always be grateful for. Again, our heartfelt thanks to San Juanico-Tacloban Rotary Club and Aqualine Construction.

We are also thankful to everyone who joined us during this meaningful occasion, especially our School Principal, Felicidad Clarissa T. Lubang, our Master Teachers from the different Key Stages, our dedicated teachers, and the students of Guadalupe Heights Integrated School.

To our partners from the San Juanico-Tacloban Rotary Club and Aqualine Construction, thank you for choosing to help our school and for giving our learners something that will benefit them for years to come. Your kindness and generosity are truly appreciated. We hope that this project will also inspire others to extend a helping hand to schools and communities in need.

Guadalupe Heights Integrated School successfully conducted its Oath-Taking and Induction Ceremony for the Homeroom Parents-Teachers Association (HRPTA) Officers, School Parents-Teachers Association (SPTA) Officers, and School Faculty Club Officers on July 25, 2026, at the Guadalupe Heights Gymnasium.

The ceremony marked the official assumption of office of our newly elected officers, reaffirming their commitment to serve the school community with integrity, dedication, and excellence.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our esteemed inducting officers, Hon. Jom Bagulaya and Hon. Christian Jay Alfon, for graciously administering the oath of office and sharing their insights and encouragement with our officers.

We also appreciate the presence and support of our school parents who witnessed this momentous event. We likewise commend the HRPTA Officers and extend our deepest gratitude to the SPTA Officers, led by SPTA President Albert E. Palogan, together with the rest of the SPTA Officers, for spearheading the successful conduct of this activity.

As we begin another year of service, may this strengthened partnership among parents, teachers, and school leaders continue to foster a collaborative and nurturing environment where every learner can thrive.

| Rotary Club of Tacloban Visits Guadalupe Heights Integrated School, Pledges Support for Water System

Guadalupe Heights Integrated School was honored to welcome the officers of the Rotary Club of Tacloban during their recent visit on July 16, 2026, to assess the school's water source and existing water supply facilities. The visit aimed to determine the school's immediate needs and explore possible assistance to improve access to safe and reliable water for learners and school personnel.

After conducting an on-site inspection, the Rotary Club officers recognized the need to enhance the school's water system and generously committed to providing support through a donation. This meaningful act of generosity reflects the Rotary International's dedication to promoting community welfare and improving learning environments.

The entire Guadalupe Heights Integrated School community expresses its heartfelt gratitude to the Rotary International of Tacloban for their kindness, compassion, and commitment to making a positive difference. The school is truly fortunate to receive this invaluable support, which will greatly benefit both present and future generations of learners.

ANNOUNCEMENT

​As part of our continuing efforts to strengthen school security and ensure the safety of all learners and personnel, the following guidelines shall be implemented:

1. ​Effective July 2026, all students are required to wear their official school name tag at all times while inside the school premises. The name tag must contain the student's photo, complete name, Learner Reference Number (LRN), grade and section, and the adviser's signature.

​2. To further enhance campus security, random inspection and checking of bags using a metal detector may be conducted at the school gate upon entry. Students, parents, guardians, and visitors are expected to cooperate with authorized school personnel during these security checks.

3. ​Parents and guardians are requested to check the bags and belongings of their children before coming to school. Toy guns, sharp objects, and other items that may pose a threat to safety are strictly prohibited inside the school premises.

3. ​Parents and guardians who bring their children to school are requested to stay at the school gate only during drop-off. This measure is intended to help maintain order and security within the campus.

4. ​Parents and guardians who need to enter the school premises for important matters shall be required to leave a valid identification card (ID) with the security guard before being allowed entry.

5. ​Parents and guardians who wish to meet with a teacher may do so starting at 3:00 PM. For concerns involving non-teaching personnel or school offices, visits may be accommodated during office hours.

​These measures are being implemented to further enhance campus security and promote a safe and conducive learning environment for everyone.

Proseso para sa Pagtanggap ng Mag-aaral
1. Pumunta sa enrollment area kasama ang batang ipapa-enroll at magdala ng sariling ballpen. Kunin ang School Report Card (SF9) sa Teacher In-charge at humingi ng Enrollment Form.
2. Punan nang tama at kumpleto ang Enrollment Form. Pagkatapos, pumunta sa silid-aralan ng grade level kung saan ninyo nais ipa-enroll ang inyong anak.
3. Babasa ang bata sa harap ng g**o upang masuri ang kanyang kakayahan sa pagbasa.
4. Habang ginagawa ito, ang magulang o guardian ay maaaring tumulong sa mga gawain sa paaralan tulad ng:
• paglilinis
• pagkukumpuni
• pagpipintura
• iba pang gawain para sa Brigada Eskwela
5. Kapag natapos ang gawain, bibigyan ang magulang o guardian ng Brigada Slip/Stub bilang patunay ng kanyang pagtulong.
