𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗧: 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗺 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀

We are proud to share the highlights during the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗜𝗻-𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗧) for Private School Teachers held in Baguio City. This year’s professional development program provided educators with valuable opportunities to deepen their understanding of the revised and strengthened curricula across all levels of basic education, ensuring that teaching, assessment, and instructional delivery remain responsive to the evolving needs of learners.

Through collaborative workshops, curriculum planning activities, demonstration lessons, and assessment design sessions, the teacher-participants from St. Theresita’s School of Tabuk, Inc. strengthened their competencies in curriculum implementation, instructional innovation, and learner performance monitoring.

𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹: 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲
Held from June 1–3, 2026, the Junior High School training carried the theme, “𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒔’ 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔: 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑬𝒍𝒆𝒗𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔’ 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑮𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒔 9 𝒂𝒏𝒅 10 𝑹𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝑲-10 𝑪𝒖𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒖𝒎.” Participants developed curriculum maps and learning plans designed for flexible and blended learning environments, while integrating effective performance monitoring mechanisms that enable learners to demonstrate mastery of curriculum standards and competencies.

𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹: 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗛𝗦 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗺
Senior High School teachers attended the training from June 5–7, 2026, with the theme “𝑰𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒓 𝑯𝒊𝒈𝒉 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝑪𝒖𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒖𝒎.” The sessions focused on understanding the similarities and differences between the current and revised curriculum frameworks, identifying essential learning competencies, realigning instructional delivery plans, and strengthening integrative assessment practices that accurately measure students’ mastery of real-world skills and competencies.

𝗞–𝟲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀
The K–6 training, conducted on June 6–7, 2026, was anchored on the theme “𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑲-6 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑻𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒔-𝑩𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝑪𝒖𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒖𝒎, 𝑨𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑬𝒗𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆-𝑩𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝑷𝒆𝒅𝒂𝒈𝒐𝒈𝒚.” Teacher-participants engaged in curriculum mapping, standards-based assessment design, lesson planning using the 4Es and AMT frameworks, and demonstration teaching activities that showcased the alignment of standards, instruction, and assessment.

The 2026 INSET once again highlighted the dedication of our educators to lifelong learning and professional growth. By continuously enhancing their knowledge and skills, our teachers remain committed to providing meaningful, relevant, and high-quality learning experiences for every Theresitan learner.

As we begin another school year, STS Tabuk reaffirms its commitment to educational excellence, curriculum responsiveness, and the holistic development of every student.

As we settle into the new school year, we take a moment to look back and appreciate the collective efforts that helped make the opening of classes a success.

These photos capture the dedication and teamwork demonstrated during the Brigada Eskwela activities conducted on May 29–30, 2026, with continuing efforts from June 1–5, 2026, as well as the school clean-up activities carried out during the first week of classes on June 8–10, 2026.

Through the voluntary service of our teachers, staff, students, parents, alumni, and other stakeholders, our school community worked together to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly learning environment. These simple yet meaningful acts of service reflect the spirit of cooperation and shared responsibility that continues to strengthen our school.

You are encouraged to wear a plain white shirt, as it is the preferred attire while waiting for your school uniform. If a white shirt is not available, you may come in any clean, comfortable, decent, and appropriate clothing. as we understand that your uniforms may still be in process.
