Amidst the stories and the warm meals at Magapo Elementary School Temporary Learning Site, the Bachelor in Elementary Education (BEED) 3rd year students also got to talk about something incredibly important: taking care of our health! And they were able to hand out the perfect tools to do just that, thanks to Happy Smiles Dental Clinic.

Their generous donation of toothbrushes and toothpaste meant that every single child walked away not just with a full belly and a new book, but with the means to build a healthy lifelong habit.

They organized a heartwarming Read, Feed, Smile outreach program for the resilient children at the Magapo ES Temporary Learning Site.With school supplies in one hand and warm, nutritious meals in the other, these future teachers brought a wave of joy, sunshine, and support to the students. Seeing the kids smile, laugh, and feel completely seen was the ultimate reward—and a profound reminder of why thet choose this path.

To our future educators: you didn't just teach yesterday, you inspired. Your hearts are your greatest lesson plan. 💛
