Our 𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨, and seeking help is not a weakness but a sign of strength. 💚

Philippine Educational Placement Test 2024

-Qualified Applicants can submit their requirements at BNHS Guidance Office on or before July 4, 2024.

Requirements:
1. Original and one photocopy of birth certificate duly authenticated and issued by PSA or Local Civil Registrar.
2. Certified true copy and one photocopy of permanent school record (F137/SF10) signed by the school principal/registrar.
3. Two identical and recently taken 1x1 colored ID picture with name tag.
4. One copy of the accomplished PEPT Registration Form.
