Hip-Hop Dance Workshop 2025

January 20, 2025-The Lagman Gymnasium of Tabaco National High School was buzzed with energy, rhythm, and excitement as Project BEAT: Hip-Hop Dance Workshop 2025 united all Grade 10 learners and teachers for a vibrant day of learning, fun, and movement!

With the incredible guidance of our guest choreographer / resource speaker, Mr. Juan Lucio, the participants discovered new skills, celebrated the art of dance, and fostered teamwork and creativity.

Ang matagumpay na kaganapang ito ay naisakatuparan sa pamamagitan ng sama-samang pagtutulungan at suporta ng ating mga na mag-aaral, g**o, magulang, at ng pamunuan ng TNHS sa pangunguna nina Ma’am Elena Tasic, Principal IV, G. Vicente Olavario -ASP for JHS-Academics, at Ma’am Ma. Tessie Babasoro -MAPEH Department Head.

Project EASEL TEN Session 02: QUACKERY ALERT!

We are delighted to share the success of our second session of Project E.A.S.E.L T.EN (Empowering Academic Strategies for Effective Learning and Talent Enhancement), which focused on the crucial topic of Quackery under the Health Q1 component.

Led by our esteemed discussant, Ms. Maria Bernardita Cabadato, the session featured a series of in-depth and fruitful discussions. Special thanks to Team Q1 Health; Ma'am Angelina B. Braceno and Ma'am Melody P. Borbor, for their active participation and support throughout the session.

A highlight of the session was the insightful Q&A, where Ms. Cabadato provided clear and thoughtful clarifications on several Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions posed by the team, ensuring a deeper understanding of the subject.

Following the EASEL TEN session, the distribution of Class Records were efficiently managed by our Grade Level Subject Coordinator, Mr. Francisco A. Alamares Jr.

Together, we are making meaningful progress in enhancing our educational strategies and ensuring our students receive the best possible learning experience. Onward to more successful EASEL TEN sessions!

10TASTIC MONDAY for MAPEH 10 Teachers

We are delighted to share the success of our recent focus group discussion (FGD), which was attended by the dedicated MAPEH 10 teachers along with our esteemed department head, Ma'am Ma. Tessie C. Babasoro.

The conference was structured in three parts:

Departmental Meeting: A productive session discussing innovative strategies and fostering a collaborative spirit.

Quarter 1 Integrative Assessment Discussion: Led by our academic leader, Ma'am Melody P. Borbor-Master Teacher I, focusing on the integrative assessment for Music, Arts, P.E., and Health 10 components.

Project EASEL TEN: Empowering Academic Strategies for Effective Learning and Talent Enhancement, proposed by Mr. Francisco A. Alamares Jr.- Master Teacher I. This session focused on PE, with Mr. Khier Angelo P. Robles as the Team Leader and speaker, sharing insights on Larong Pinoy, supported by team members Ms. Maila Camata and Mr. Dean Belarmino.

The team was thrilled with the outcome of this conference, and we are excited about the positive impact these discussions and strategies will have on our students.
