The teachers from Alejandro F. Oligan NHS, had joined the Civil Service Commission in advocating environmental conservation through a Tree Growing activity held at 𝑫𝒂𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒏, 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒎, 𝑷𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒏 last 𝑺𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 19, 2024, the Alejandro F. Oligan NHS's teacher-participants delved into an intricate relationship between human and nature through this activity. Despite of the inclement weather experienced, the tree growing activity still pushed through as a means of providing environmental awareness to all the participants. This milestone is still part of the 𝟭𝟮𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 in partnership with the Professional Regulations Commission. This endeavor is truly remarkable as it gives an idea to all the participants that a simple action to be undertaken provides a greater positive impact to our environment. The Alejandro F. Oligan NHS highschool is one with the entire nation in the celebration of the 𝟭𝟮𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. Teachers of Alejandro F. Oligan NHS voluntarily participated on the Kick Off Program of the celebration highlighted by CSC Vibe Run, a run for a cause held Sept.1,2024 at Narciso Ramos Sports and Civics Complex, Lingayen, Pangasinan. Initiated with a zumba dance, participants enthusiastically participated on this activity.
The said celebration with the theme 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙉𝙚𝙭𝙩 𝘿𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚: 𝙃𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙜𝙞𝙡𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚-𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙩-𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙤𝙚𝙨, aims to gather all "Kawani ng Gobyerno" to take continuous challenges as public servants from this new normal and post-pandemic era. This Vibe Run Activity is anchored on this year's theme, promoting welfare, camaraderie and unity among servants in the delivery of service while equipping them with a necessary healthy mind, body and soul. The participation of the institution in this endeavor is a testimony of ancillary service rendered by a teacher outside his normal workplace. This truly indeed a sought-after event undertaken as showing a mutual relationship between two government agencies, the Civil Service Commission and the DepEd. The participation on this endeavor is not possible without the encouragement of 𝗗𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗵 𝗔. 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘀, Principal IV and 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗗. 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮, Assistant Principal II.
