Lamitan City Vice Mayor HON. HEGEM FURIGAY meeting with the representative of Basilan's lone district and concurrently the Deputy Minority Leader, the sixth and last regional governor of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao from 2011 until it was replaced by the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) in 2019, the Honorable Congressman Mujiv S. Hataman.
