Leadership and Management Skills Training (LMT) 2026

The Leadership and Management Skills Training (LMT) for BSP-TVET 2026 Batch 3 and 4 was successfully conducted at the Bangsamoro Leadership and Management Institute (BLMI) from June 2–6, 2026, in partnership with MBHTE-TESD.

The 5 day-day training brought together participants from various sectors to strengthen their leadership and management competencies through interactive learning, teamwork, and collaborative activities.

The program provided valuable opportunities for participants to enhance their skills, broaden their perspectives, and develop the confidence needed to lead effectively in their respective communities and organizations.

Leadership and Management Training & Electrical Installation and Maintenance NCII Graduate from BLMI

​The Bangsamoro Leadership and Management Institute (BLMI) recently hosted the successful graduation ceremony of the Leadership and Management Skills Training and Electrical Installation and Maintenance NCII program under the Bangsamoro Scholarship Program for TVET 2025. The memorable event was honored by the attendance of MBHTE Provincial Office - Scholarship Focal, Khominie E. Abas.
​This significant milestone celebrates the graduates' completion of a rigorous program designed to elevate leadership capabilities, sharpen management skills, and completed essential training in technical operations, roughing-in activities, and safe electrical wiring compliance.

Orientation for Electrical Installation and Maintenance NCII (EIM) Batch 2 2026.

Successful completion of EIM (Electrical Installation and Maintenance) NCII Batch 1 2026, a 25-day training program followed by a 3-day VTT (Values Transformation Training).

The entire training was conducted at BLMI with the guidance of their dedicated trainer, resource persons and facilitators.

Leadership and Management Skills Training 2026

The Leadership and Management Skills Training for Batch 1 and 2 BSP-TVET was successfully conducted at Bangsamoro Leadership and Management Institute from April 20–24, 2026, in partnership with MBHTE-TESD.

This 5-day program brought together 50 participants from different sectors, all aims to learn, grow, and strengthen their leadership and management skills.

It was an inspiring week filled with teamwork, collaboration, and empowerment—helping build stronger leaders for the future bangsamoro nation.

On April 15, 2026, a Training Induction Program on BSP-TVET scholarship was successfully held at Bangsamoro Leadership and Management Intitute(BLMI). The event was led by MBHTE-TESD Chief Specialist Abdulkadir L. Nalg, together with Sir Khominie E. Abas, the MBHTE-TESD focal person.

The activity was attended by representatives from various partner Technical Vocational Institutions (TVIs), including Ittihadun Nisa Foundation, Awang Technical Vocational Institute, Farasan Institute of Technology, Foureych Technical Vocational and Learning Center Incorporated, Bangsamoro ELM Institute of Technology, and Illana Bay Integrated Computer College with the total of 298 trainees who are about to undergo in following qualifications:

* Leadership and Management Skills Training
* Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II
* Dressmaking NC II
* Bread and Pastry Producation NC II
* Organic Agriculture Producation NC II
* Masonry NC II
* Carpentry NC II

This is a meaningful step in the ongoing support for the trainees of the Bangamoro Scholarship Program for TVET, which aims to shape their skills and open more opportunities for their future.
