Post Team Supervision at D. Lotilla Elementary School

The Post Team Supervision conducted at D. Lotilla Elementary School by all school heads and evaluators of West Isulan District aims to ensure excellence in teaching and learning through systematic evaluation, guidance and professional development. Specifically, it seeks to:

Assess Teaching and Learning Practices – Systematically evaluate classroom instruction, lesson delivery and learner engagement to ensure that teaching strategies effectively meet the needs of every learner.

Provide Constructive Feedback – Offer targeted guidance, recommendations and coaching to teachers to support continuous professional growth and improve instructional quality.

Identify Strengths and Areas for Improvement – Recognize exemplary teaching practices while addressing gaps in pedagogy, classroom management and learner outcomes.

Ensure Compliance with Standards – Monitor adherence to DepEd policies, curriculum standards and best practices, ensuring accountability and consistency across all grade levels.

Promote Collaborative Professional Development – Foster a culture of shared learning, teamwork and mutual support among teachers and school leaders for sustainable instructional improvement.

Strengthen School Leadership and Management – Support school heads in aligning classroom practices with school goals and district priorities, enhancing overall institutional effectiveness.

Enhance Learner-Centered Outcomes – Ultimately, ensure that supervision leads to improved learner performance, engagement and holistic development.

In essence, this post supervision serves as a reflective, strategic and collaborative process that strengthens the teaching force, ensures quality education and fosters continuous improvement in D. Lotilla Elementary School under the guidance of the West Isulan District leadership.

Call for Teacher Applicants (SY 2026-2027)
The Department of Education – Division of Sultan Kudarat is now accepting pertinent documents for Teacher I applicants in Elementary, Junior High School (JHS), and Senior High School (SHS).
📅 Important Deadlines
* Submission Deadline: On or before January 9, 2026.
* Note: No additional documents will be accepted after this date.
📄 Mandatory Requirements (In Sequence with Tabbing)
* Letter of Intent addressed to:
> CRISPIN A. SOLIVEN JR., CESE
> Schools Division Superintendent
>
* Personal Data Sheet (CS Form 212, Revised 2017) – 2 copies, notarized, with Work Experience Sheet.
* Photocopy of PRC License/ID (valid and updated).
* Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility/Rating.
* Photocopy of Scholastic Records (TOR & Diploma) including GWA and any graduate/post-graduate units.
* Photocopy of Service Record or Certificate of Employment.
* Photocopy of Certificates of Specialized Training (acquired within the last 5 years).
* Photocopy of Performance Rating (for those with previous experience).
* Omnibus Sworn Statement (notarized) regarding authenticity of documents.
* Proof of Residency (Voter’s ID or Certification).
💡 Special Notes for Applicants
* Existing Applicants: Those already in the Registry of Qualified Applicants (RQA) for SY 2025–2026 who were not yet hired will be considered "updated applicants" and do not need to repeat the Demo/Interview unless they wish to update their points.
