PUBLIC SAFETY ADVISORY

In view of the reported school shooting threat within the Area of Responsibility (AOR) of Isulan, classes scheduled for September 21, 2026 are suspended and shift to alternative delivery mode (modular) for private and public schools in all levels until further notice. This is a precautionary measure to ensure the safety and security of our students, teachers, school personnel, and the general public.

The concerned authorities are currently coordinating and planning appropriate security and safety measures to address the reported threat and prevent any possible untoward incident. The public is advised to remain calm, vigilant, and cooperative, and to avoid spreading unverified information that may cause unnecessary fear or panic.

Rest assured that the safety and well-being of the Isulanon community remain our top priority. Law enforcement authorities and concerned agencies will continue to monitor the situation, verify the information received, and take appropriate action in accordance with established procedures and applicable laws.

Those who are found responsible for making or communicating threats will be properly identified and may be held accountable in accordance with the law.

We appeal to everyone to remain calm, report any suspicious activity or information to the proper authorities, and cooperate with security measures being implemented for the protection of the community.

A Day of Learning, Sharing, and Collaboration!

Our School Learning Action Cell (SLAC) was successfully conducted, bringing our teachers together not only as learners but also as resource persons who generously shared their expertise, knowledge, and experiences.

It was indeed a meaningful and productive day filled with learning, collaboration, and professional growth. The activity truly manifested the spirit of teamwork, unity, and bayanihan among our teaching staff.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our dedicated School Head, Ma’am Girlie D. Posanso, our SLAC Coordinator, Ma’am Grace L. Sanque, the hardworking SLAC committees, and most especially to all our teachers who actively participated and shared their knowledge.

Together, we learn. Together, we grow. Together, we become better educators for our learners.

EXTERNAL ARAL TUTORS NEEDED!

We are inviting interested and qualified individuals to apply as External ARAL Tutors and be part of our learning support program!

*WHO CAN BE AN ARAL TUTOR? (per DO No. 18, s. 2025)

We welcome applicants from the following:

- LET-eligible applicants in the recent/previous Registries of Qualified Applicants (RQA)
- Other LET-eligible teacher applicants in the RQAs
- Teachers from private schools, SUCs/LUCs, and community-based teacher practitioners
- Retired professional teachers, non-licensed education graduates, pre-service teachers, and other licensed professionals
- Other qualified, competent individuals of good moral character in the community

QUALIFICATIONS

- Preferably with experience in tutoring, remedial instruction, or formal teaching.
- Preferably a resident of the community or barangay where the school is located.
- Of good moral character.
- Demonstrates competency in teaching and proficiency in various teaching methods.
- Must complete mandatory/specialized training by DepEd or accredited institutions (learner-centered pedagogy, psychological first aid, handling diverse learners, use of educational technologies and materials).
