ANNOUNCEMENT‼️

We are writing this formal resignation for our position at H.E CUISENIOR. We have thoroughly enjoyed my time at H.E CUISENIOR and appreciate the opportunities for professional and personal growth that have been provided to us during our tenure. This decision was not easy, but after careful consideration. We will ensure a smooth transition of my responsibilities in the coming weeks. We are grateful for the support of our colleagues and the teachers who guided us and the experiences we gained here. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of H.E CUISENIOR. We look forward to staying in touch and wish H.E CUISENIOR CLUB continued success in times to come. ❤️

!!DEHYDRATION!! can sneak up on you quickly, leading to fatigue, headaches, and difficulty concentrating. Let's beat the heat together by making HYDRATION a top priority! 💦

Here are some Helpful tips to help you stay hydrated:

- Carry a reusable water bottle with you wherever you go.
- Set reminders on your phone to drink water regularly.
- Have a hydrating snacks like fruits and veggies.
