The event featured distinguished keynote speakers, namely: H.E. Yuliia Oleksandrivna Fediv, Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of the Philippines; Major General Rommel Rosalejos Cordova, Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans, J5, Armed Forces of the Philippines; Deputy Director General Nestor C. Herico, National Security Council; Commodore Richard C. Fontanos PN, Civil Military Operations Group, Philippine Navy; CG Admiral Joel S. Garcia (Ret.), former Undersecretary of the National Coast Watch Council Secretariat; and Dr. Melissa Hubahib Loja, Fellow at the University of Copenhagen.

The discussions provided practical insights into contemporary international conflicts, national security considerations, and the use of arbitration in maritime disputes.
