Rescheduling of the August 2026 Psychologists and Psychometricians Licensure Examination

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs all concerned examinees that the August 2026 Psychologists Licensure Examination (PSLE) and Psychometricians Licensure Examination (PMLE), scheduled on 19 and 20 August 2026, respectively, are RESCHEDULED to 01 and 02 September 2026, respectively.

The cancellation is upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), and in view of the Heavy Rainfall Warnings issued by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) relative to the continuous heavy rainfall associated with the Southwest Monsoon.

โ€ŽAs stated in the study, children who watched adults act aggressively toward a doll were far more likely to copy those same aggressive actions. This became the foundation of Social Learning Theory that showed us how powerful role models and environments can be in shaping behavior.

"Mapagal naku."

People often think that it is imperative to swallow our struggles, hide exhaustion, and mask burnoutโ€”all in the name of independence. We feel like we carry heavy boulders even though there aren't. These days, it seems like peace of mind is a rare luxury.

May our "Mapagal naku" will be followed by "Salese murin" whatever it takes. If you are reading this, may this be a gentle reminder that it is okay not to be always okay. You don't need to pretend on who you are not. Pause, take a bath, walk alone, and feel the gentle breeze of air that reminds you of the brighter days ahead.
