A week of safety and security orientation for students of Holy Cross College

02/07/2026

YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY

As part of our strengthened campus security measures, all students, employees, parents, visitors, and other stakeholders are reminded to cooperate with the screening and identification procedures being implemented at the school gates.

These measures include the proper presentation of school IDs or valid identification cards, visitor registration, and compliance with security inspections when necessary.

These protocols are in place not to inconvenience anyone, but to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of every member of the HCC community.

We sincerely ask for your understanding and full cooperation as we continue to foster a campus where everyone can learn, work, and thrive with peace of mind.

Together, let's keep HCC a safe and secure place for all.

TAKING A STAND AGAINST BULLYING!

Today, we took an active step in fostering a safer and more compassionate campus environment as the Safety and Protection Division (SAPD), together with the Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT) and the Junior Rescuers team, successfully conducted its Anti-Bullying Campaign across the school campus.

Because every student deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued, inside and outside the classroom.

Here are some important reminders for every Crucian:

1️⃣ Stay in Groups — Walk with friends in hallways and during recess. Safety in numbers!
2️⃣ Be Assertive — Use clear, confident words to say "NO!" to teasing. Stand tall!
3️⃣ Report Bullying — Immediately tell a trusted adult such as a teacher or counselor. Find your support!
4️⃣ Be a Buddy — Support anyone being picked on. Help make friends. Empathy matters!
5️⃣ Ignore & Walk Away — Don't give a bully a reaction. Keep moving. Move on!

Together, let us build a school community where kindness leads and no one is left to face bullying alone.
