In connection with the TES application for AY 2026–2027, ALL APPLICANTS are requested to submit their Learner Reference Number (LRN) and the other required information through the official Google Form below:

📌 Where can you find your LRN?

Your LRN is a 12-digit number assigned by DepEd. It may be found on your:

Report Card (Form 138/SF9)
Permanent Record (Form 137/SF10)
Certificate of Enrollment or other previous school records

If you cannot locate your LRN, please contact the Registrar of your Senior High School or previous basic education school.

⚠️ Important Reminders:

Your LRN is different from your college student ID number.
Provide complete and accurate information. Do not guess your LRN.
Do not post your LRN in the comment section.
Submit your information only through the official form.
Submission of the form does not guarantee approval of the TES application. Applications remain subject to validation and applicable UniFAST guidelines.

The beneficiaries listed in the attached photo are required to upload a clear photo or scanned copy of their Palawan Pawnshop Receive Form/Claim Stub after claiming their financial assistance.

For the complete submission instructions and link, please carefully read the email sent to your registered email address.

Kindly comply promptly to avoid delays in the processing and liquidation of your financial assistance.

📢 NOTICE TO LISTED TES/TDP GRANTEES

Students whose names appear on the attached list are advised to check their LandBank accounts for the credited grant.

Please note that, pursuant to the bank’s policy, deposits are limited to a maximum of ₱10,000 per account per day. Grants exceeding this amount will be deposited in separate transactions.

Kindly check your registered email for the following details:

✅ Total grant amount to be received
✅ Deposit schedule
✅ Amount of each deposit
✅ Bank charges to be reimbursed, if applicable
✅ Reimbursement instructions

If no bank charge is indicated in your email, no reimbursement is required.
