The clearance process for Graduating and Non-Graduating Students is now officially open!

Please be guided by the following important reminders:
1️⃣ All students are required to accomplish their clearance as part of the school’s year-end requirements.
2️⃣ Every clearance form must bear the official GVC Finance Office Seal. Clearances without the official seal will be considered invalid.
3️⃣ Forgery or imitation of any signature on the clearance form is strictly prohibited. Any student found guilty of copying or falsifying signatures will face serious disciplinary actions, as this is a violation of school policy and integrity standards.
4️⃣ Make sure all departments have signed your clearance before submission.

The Clearance is now available in the Student Portal. Login using your Surname and ID Number found in your Study Load.

After downloading, have the file printed on half-size long bond paper (8.5” x 13”). Then, present it to the Finance Office for verification before obtaining the required signatures from the offices.

In reference to the advisory released by the City Government suspending face-to-face classes within Koronadal City, all GVCFI classes in the city tomorrow, October 23, 2025, will shift to ASYNCHRONOUS mode.
