On June 18, 2026, Gubat North Central School joined the Second Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill.

With the active participation of our pupils, teaching and non‑teaching staff, we strengthened our culture of preparedness and resilience.

This collective effort reflects our commitment to safety, discipline, and readiness in times of emergency, and empowers our community to stand firm and united in the face of challenges.

🏫June 8, 2026 marked the opening of classes at Gubat North Central School with a solemn flag ceremony joined by more than 1,000 pupils, together with the teaching and non-teaching staff.

The spirit of unity and discipline set the tone for the school year ahead.

Later in the morning, the monitoring team from the Schools Division Office visited the school, affirming their support and commitment to ensuring quality education for all learners.

Gubat North Central School has officially launched its ARAL Summer Program today, which will run until June 2, 2026.

The program focuses on improving learners’ skills in Literacy (ARAL Reading) and Numeracy (ARAL Mathematics).

Led by School Principal Leny Embile Codon , the initiative is supported by internal and external tutors who will guide the pupils through engaging reading and math activities.

The school aims to strengthen learners’ basic skills in reading and mathematics, helping them become more confident and prepared for the next school year.
