Lato shares expertise; inspires English teachers

Rosalinda L. Lato, Teacher III of Abuyog NHS, participated as demonstration teacher in the 5th Sorsogon Cluster Learning Action Cell in BINS, Buhatan, Sorsogon City, January 20, 2017.
Lato, a Grade 10 English teacher, discussed pronoun and its antecedent as an enrichment instruction to the selected Grade 10 students of ANHS in Buhatan Integrated National School, Sorsogon City.
Eighteen English teachers from different schools of Sorsogon Cluster acted as evaluators and Dr. Lelia G. Santiago, School Principal I of ANHS acted as the process observer.
Thirteen students from Special Science Class of Abuyog NHS committed to participate on the conduct of the said activity.
Lato gave enrichment tasks which were student-centered following the pre-activity, during activity, and post activity type of DLP.
After an hour duration of the demo-teaching,Santiago gave her remarks to Lato and the teacher-observers filled out the evaluation form.
The afternoon session of the Cluster LAC aimed at promoting enrichment exercises for advanced learners so that there will be a maximized learning.

Our three athletes who made it to palarong bicol... :-)

Congratulations to Aldrin Equipado of Grade 9-Charity for grabbing bronze in 4 x 400 m hurdle and silver in 400 m dash during the Palarong Bicol. Though he did not win in the 4 x 100 m relay, he will still be joining the said event in the Palarong Pambansa because of his exemplar performance in the three events. Abuyog national high school is truly proud of you, Aldrin! Let's all support this pride of Barangay Abuyog and ANHS on his journey...
