Sa temang “Pilipinong Nagsipagtapos: Handang Mamuno nang may Kakayahan at Mabuting Pagkatao,” matagumpay na isinagawa ang pagpaparangal o Recognition Program ng Uddiawan National Agro-Industrial School (UNAIS) sa bagong gymnasiumng paaralan nitong Marso 27.

Kinilala sa nasabing programa ang mga mag-aaral na nasa Baitang 7, 8, 9 at 11 na nagkamit ng karangalan sa akademiko, kung saan iginawad ang mga medalya at sertipiko bilang patunay ng kanilang sipag at dedikasyon sa pag-aaral.

Pinaunlakan din ni Kgg. Eduardo DL Tiongson, Vice Mayor ang nasabing pagpaparangal sa pamamagitan ng inspirational message.

Samantala, nagpahayag ng pasasalamat ang paaralan, sa pangunguna ni School Principal II, Noemi L. Bulan, sa patuloy na suporta ng mga g**o at magulang sa paghubog sa kakayahan at mabuting pagkatao ng mga mag-aaral.

𝙉𝙚𝙬𝙨|𝐔𝐍𝐀𝐈𝐒 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬 11𝐭𝐡 𝐉𝐇𝐒 𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠-𝐮𝐩 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲

Uddiawan National Agro-Industrial School (UNAIS) held its 11th Junior High School (JHS) Moving-up Ceremony with the theme "Filipino Graduate: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character" at the UNAIS Gymnasium on March 30.

The ceremony marked the completion of 104 Grade 10 students, celebrating their growth in skills, knowledge, and character as they prepare to take on the next chapter of their academic journey in Senior High School (SHS).

Daniel P. Gaerlan, LPT, a 2007 alumnus of UNAIS, served as the guest speaker for the occasion highlighted three important Ilocano phrases that served as his mantra and inspiration to keep moving forward in life, despite the hardships he faced during his student days.

"Gusto kong ibahagi ang baon ko sa buhay at naging mantra ko at dahilan kung ba't ako nandito nagsasalita noon. Una Addan tu latta ti aldaw, addan tu latta iti end na iti bawat rigat. Pangalawa, tibkerem ti pakinakem mo, sa bawat araw na iyong kakaharapin, palakasin mo ang loob mo. Pangatlo, Addan tu subalit na amin nga rigat at higit sa lahat, Agan-anus ka." He said

(I want to share the lessons I carry in life, and the mantra that became the reason why I'm standing here and speaking before you. First, There is always a tomorrow, there is always an end to every hardship. Second, strengthen your mind, face every day with courage and a strong spirit. Third, every hardship has its solution. And lastly, be patient.)

He also reminded the completers about the importance of appreciating their parents through small gestures such as expressing love for them and offering help whenever they are needed.

Meanwhile, Marielle Lagasca, class valedictorian of Grade 10 for School Year 2025–2026, shares her heartfelt gratitude and the lessons she learned during her Junior High School years in her valedictory address.

"I'm grateful for the challenges because they taught me that no setback is permanent. Because in the end, time moves forward whether we are ready or not. So, let time pass. The struggles, the doubts, and the fears will eventually fade—but what remains are the lessons, the memories, and the people who stood beside us. And perhaps that is what growing up truly means,” Lagasca said.

As the ceremony drew to a close, the completers of Batch 2025–2026 stepped forward as incoming Senior High School learners, ready to take on the next challenge of SHS ahead.

𝙉𝙚𝙬𝙨| 𝐔𝐍𝐀𝐈𝐒 94 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬; 𝐓𝐕𝐋 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐩𝐬 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡

"This is my sweet revenge to those who belittled my choice in choosing TVL."
These words came from Vivian C. Manzano, the class valedictorian of Batch 2025–2026, as she delivered her valedictory address during the 9th Senior High School Commencement Exercises of Uddiawan National Agro-Industrial School (UNAIS) on March 30, 2026, at the school gymnasium.

Manzano, who finished Senior High School with a General Average of 96 shares that when she chose the Technical-Vocational Livelihood (TVL)–Cookery track, many people questioned her judgment and some were openly discouraging.

"When I chose the TVL-Cookery strand, some were surprised, even disappointed. Madami ding nagsasabi na sinayang ko daw ang talino ko at hindi daw ako nag-isip nang maayos sa pagpili ng strand ko. But instead of letting their words bring me down, ginawa ko silang inspirasyon to prove that this choice was not a waste," she said.

Rather than being discouraged, Manzano turned every doubt into determination and finished her Senior High School journey not just as a graduate, but as her batch's valedictorian.

Her achievement further underscored UNAIS's outstanding performance in the National Certificate II (NC II) Cookery assessment, where the school achieved a 100% passing rate, a milestone that supported what Manzano stood for in her address.

"TVL isn't just about cooking or baking it's about passion and learning new skills. The National Certificate II isn't just a paper; it's a proof that our strand has a bright future and countless opportunities," she added.

Moreover, PCPT Ar-jay N. Nabban, Platoon Leader of the 4th Mobile Force Platoon, 1st Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Mobile Force Company (NVPMFC) and a guest speaker, urged the graduates to embrace both the opportunities and the challenges that awaits them after graduation.

"Sa mundong haharapin ninyo pagkatapos ng araw na ito, maraming opportunidad ang naghihintay ngunit kasabay nito ang mga hamon, pagsubok, at minsan ay kabiguan. Huwag kayong matakot na mangarap ng malaki, huwag kayong matakot sumubok, at higit sa lahat, huwag kayong matakot magkamali. Failure is not the opposite of success, it is part of success," he said.

School Principal II, Noemi L. Bulan led over the commencement exercises, which marked the official graduation of 94 students across three Senior High School strands of Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS), Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM), and Technical-Vocational Livelihood (TVL), under the Cookery and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) tracks.

Among the most memorable moments of the program was the reaction of Virginia C. Cadabona, Manzano's mother, who became emotional as her daughter spoke. Her tears signified years of sacrifice, quiet faith, and a pride too deep for words.

The graduates sang "Saranggola" as their graduation song, as farewell that echoed the ceremony's theme, Filipino Graduate: prepared to lead with competence and character.

Idinaos ang Baccalaureate Mass ng Uddiawan National Agro-Industrial School (UNAIS) sa bagong gymnasium ng paaralan bilang paghahanda ng mga magsisipagtapos sa panibagong yugto ng kanilang buhay nitong Marso 27.

Pinangunahan ang misa ni Rev. Fr. Jonatthan E. Valdez, PhD, na naghatid ng mensahe tungkol sa kahalagahan ng pananalig at pagpapakilos ng kabutihan sa kapwa, kung saan inihalintulad niya ang mga mag-aaral sa asin at ilaw—bilang hamon na maging inspirasyon sa kanilang komunidad.

Ipinahayag naman ni Gng. Noemi L. Bulan ang kanyang pasasalamat sa mga magulang, g**o, at buong komunidad, at binigyang-diin ang kahalagahan ng sipag at determinasyon sa pagtahak sa mga pangarap.

Bilang pagtatapos, isinagawa ang pagbabasbas sa mga medalya at sertipiko bilang simbolo ng kanilang tagumpay at paalala ng kanilang magiging papel bilang instrumento ng kabutihan sa hinaharap. Gayundin, isinunod din pagbabasbas sa bagong gymnasium.

BALITA | Sabado, Inihalal bilang DFSSLG Secretary sa Camp Kalikhasan 2026

Itinanghal si Carol S. Sabado mula sa Uddiawan National Agro-Industrial School (UNAIS) bilang Secretary ng Division Federation of Supreme Secondary Learner Government (DFSSLG) sa ginanap na Camp Kalikhasan cm DFSSLG Election nitong Marso 23–24, 2026 sa Bintawan National High School sa Villaverde, Nueva Vizcaya.

Ang DFSSLG ay ang pederasyon ng lahat ng Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) ng mga paaralang sekundarya sa isang dibisyon, na nagsisilbing pangunahing samahan ng mga student leaders sa buong lalawigan.

Nakuha ni Sabado ang tiwala ng mga kinatawan mula sa 47 pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa buong Nueva Vizcaya na nagtipon-tipon para sa dalawang araw na aktibidad na nakatuon sa pamumuno at pangangalaga ng kalikasan.

Bahagi ng programa ang iba’t ibang pagsasanay, talakayan, at gawaing naglalayong hasain ang kakayahan ng mga kabataang lider at palakasin ang kanilang adbokasiya para sa kalikasan at kapwa mag-aaral.

Sa pamamagitan ng kanyang pagkakahalal, inaasahang magagampanan ni Sabado ang mahalagang tungkulin sa pagdodokumento at pagpapanatili ng maayos na komunikasyon sa loob ng pederasyon.

Naging makabuluhan ang nasabing pagtitipon sa pagbibigay ng pagkakataon sa mga mag-aaral na malinang ang kanilang liderato at magkaisa para sa iisang layunin, ang magsilbi at manguna para sa kapakanan ng nakararami.

Trained by Chef Ernesto Balgos III and accompanied by TVL teachers Rochelle P. Martinez and Charyzelle Balicana, the students demonstrate full readiness to meet the competency standards set by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

The milestone reflects the school's commitment to producing job-ready graduates under the TVL track, which aims to equip students and workers with technical skills that align with industry standards.

The NC II assessment is conducted annually for all Grade 12 TVL students as part of their senior high school completion, serving as a measure of their technical competence before entering the workforce or pursuing higher education.
