For the third and final session of Day 1 of the ๐‹๐จ๐ฎ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐š๐ง ๐‹๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”, our student leaders were challenged to look beyond the next event, the next project, or the next activityโ€”and start thinking about the kind of impact they want to leave behind.
With the session โ€œ๐๐ž๐ฒ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐„๐ฏ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ: ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐Œ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐“๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐Œ๐š๐ญ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ,โ€ our leaders explored how student organizations can move beyond simply creating programs and instead build initiatives that inspire people, respond to real needs, and create lasting change.

Leading this session was ๐๐š๐จ๐ฅ๐จ ๐†. ๐ƒ๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ, ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ซ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐’๐š๐ง ๐‹๐ฎ๐ข๐ฌ ๐๐ž๐ฅ ๐Œ๐š๐ซ, ๐๐š๐œ๐œ๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ž, ๐๐š๐ฎ๐š๐ง๐ , ๐‹๐š ๐”๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ง, who shared his experiences and insights on turning ideas into meaningful experiences and impact. The second session of the ๐‹๐จ๐ฎ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐š๐ง ๐‹๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ” turned up the heat as our student leaders stepped into one of the most challenging realities of leadership: having the courage to face conflict, difficult conversations, and decisions that test our values.

With the session โ€œ๐‹๐ž๐š๐๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐‚๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š๐ ๐ž: ๐๐š๐ฏ๐ข๐ ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐Ÿ๐ฅ๐ข๐œ๐ญ, ๐ƒ๐ข๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐„๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐ƒ๐ž๐œ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ,โ€ our leaders were challenged to look beyond the comfort of their positions and confront the moments when leadership truly matters.

Because leadership isn't always about having the easy answer. Sometimes, it is about having the courage to ask the hard questions, stand by what is right, and make decisions that serve the greater good.

One more challenge faced. One more lesson gained.
