On behalf of the SMME Section, we extend our sincere gratitude to our Team Pilot, SDS Dr. Bernie Liboon , and our Co-pilots, ASDS Dr. Dondy Depositario and OIC-CID Chief Sir Danny B Pillones , for their unwavering support, guidance, and leadership—not only during the conduct of the 4th Division Program Implementation Review and Performance Assessment (DPIRPA) but throughout the entire implementation process.

Moreover, we express our appreciation to all PSDS, EPS, Section/Unit Heads, Program Implementers, and all personnel of the OSDS, CID, and SGOD for their valuable contributions and active participation. Through collective effort and sustained collaboration, the activity was successfully carried out in support of continuous improvement and evidence-based performance assessment.
