โHereโs a look at "๐ช๐๐๐๐๐
๐ ๐๐ ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐๐", a traditional folk dance from the Ilocos Region that's all about love, hard work, and farm life!
โ
โThe name comes from the Spanish word ๐๐๐๐รฑ๐ (affection) and the Ilokano word ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (farmer). It shows the fun, romantic flirting between a hardworking guy working the fields and a shy village girl. People usually dance this during town fiestas, post-harvest parties, and local gatherings to celebrate a good harvest and show a little romance.
โ
โWhy Itโs so beautiful?
