This year’s Nutrition Month was not just about promoting healthy habits—it was also about creativity, teamwork, and learning. Through engaging activities like the poster-making contest, quiz bee, and cooking competition, we witnessed how our students, parents, and teachers came together to champion the importance of good nutrition in dynamic and inspiring ways.
Each entry reflected passion, knowledge, and innovation—from the colorful posters that spoke volumes about healthy living, to the quiz bee participants who wowed us with their quick thinking and sharp minds, and of course, the cooking contest where flavor met nutrition in spectacular fashion.
Today, we honor not just the winners but everyone who took part in these events. We are grateful to our sponsors for the cash awards, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Yadao, Mr. and Mrs. Joselito Remolacio, and to our generous students from Grade 7 to Grade 10. We also thank our dynamic principal, Dr. Marisa G. Valoria, School Principal IV, who supported all the activities of the Nutrition Month celebration. Special thanks also to the judges of the Poster-Making Contest and Nutri-Cookfest who dedicated their time and expertise in evaluating the outputs of the contestants. To the Sinait RHU headed by Dr. Renalyn R. Lived, thank you very much for sharing your knowledge on the proper nutrition to maintain a healthy body and mind. Your participation helped make Nutrition Month meaningful and memorable. The TLE Family is forever grateful to you all.
To our winners, congratulations! May your success today motivate you to continue making healthy choices and sharing your knowledge with others. And to everyone who joined us: thank you for your enthusiasm and participation. You’ve proven that nutrition is more than just food—it’s about learning, caring, and taking action together.
Let us carry this spirit beyond Nutrition Month and into our everyday lives. Let’s keep the momentum going by embracing habits that support not only our bodies but also our minds and communities.
Until next year, let’s stay nourished, stay curious, and stay united. God bless us all.
